DOGS IN AREA SHELTERS & OWNER REFERRAL DOGS
The following Boxers and Boxer mixes currently reside in shelters, humane societies or with individuals that are unable to permanently keep them. All are in need of adoption. Due to our inability to accept any new rescues, it is our hope that this page will assist these dogs in finding new homes. There are always more Boxers in Carolina shelters than the Boxer rescues can help. Sinai is an 11 year old male Boxer who is great with kids and very loving. He primarily is an ‘outside’ dog, but can adjust very easily to being an inside dog as well; he is ‘potty trained’ and will inform his owner when he needs to go outside.
Kara is a 4 year old female Boxer who is also wonderful with kids and loves to run and play. She is primarily an outside dog, but has a little experience with coming inside and behaving well. Her best feature is her tan colored eyes. She is very loving and desires to be around people.
Both dogs are current on all shots and heart worm medicine. The dogs are being placed for adoption due to family moving overseas. If interested in providing these two loving animals a nice home, please contact Kelvin and Tonia Raibon at 254-291-3223 or email toniasjlh@yahoo.com .
Beefcake will make a wonderful addition to any family. He already has great house-manners, and learns new lessons quickly. He aims to please, and enjoys the company of adults, kids, and other dogs. Beefcake already knows "sit," "shake," and "down" - and may know other commands we haven't tried yet! He walks great on a leash, and the neighborhood kids love getting him to sit - at which point he leans in and gives them a big, slobbery kiss. He doesn't demand a lot of attention but enjoys a nice scratch behind the ears. He is five years young, neutered, micro chipped and fully vaccinated. My name is MOOSE----guess why?? I am an absolutely loveable big lug and love everyone I meet. I will go up to anyone and wag my tail and insist that you pet me. I also do not jump up on people, so that is a good trait of mine. I love to ride in the car and will jump right in if the door is open. I also know how to sit when you tell me to. I am not real fond of other dogs. Not so sure about children. Please give me a new loving home where I can run and play and feel safe. This lil fella is a one year old beagle. And has already had a hard life. His parents no longer wanted him so they threw him out of a van window while driving down the road. They weren't loving parents and did not take good care of him. A wonderful family took him in and gave him love. But he is ready for his forever home.
