3/26/2025:  Greetings, I am pleased to introduce myself—Milo—and to inform you that I am now available for adoption. Could you be the loving home I have been eagerly awaiting?

I am approximately 1.5 to 2 years old and have overcome some challenges in my early life. Prior to being embraced by this wonderful rescue organization, I endured a broken leg and jaw. Thanks to the dedicated care provided by CBR, my leg has healed splendidly. Although my jaw remains slightly misaligned, it does not hinder my ability to eat, drink, or engage in playful activities, which I absolutely adore.

Due to my past experiences, I may initially appear a bit skittish. However, once I become acquainted with you, I will undoubtedly become your devoted companion, akin to a Velcro dog. My affection extends to other dogs as well. At my current foster home, I joyfully engage in play with a large female boxer until she signals that she has had enough. I relish the opportunity to frolic in a spacious, fenced yard, should you have one available. Ideally, I would love to be part of a household with another dog, as their companionship bolsters my confidence.

I am an early riser and, after attending to my morning routine, I am content to return indoors for a restful nap.

My foster home also includes a cat, whom I am keen to play with, though she tends to run away, prompting me to chase her. It would be delightful if she chose to stay and engage in play.

While my foster parents do not have children, my fondness for people suggests that I would adapt well to a family environment. However, given my exuberant energy, a household with children under 10 years of age might not be ideal at this time.

Although I prefer to be nestled with my family, I am willing to rest in a crate, particularly when you are at work or away from home. I have a tendency to explore the house, which my foster parents are diligently guiding me to avoid. Thus, it is prudent to secure me in my crate during your absence.

I eagerly await the opportunity to become a cherished member of your family.

1/26/2025:  Woof woof! Hi there, I’m Milo! Imagine a bundle of joy wrapped in fur, that’s me! I’m a one-year-old pup with a heart as big as my wagging tail. Though I’m a little guy in stature, my spirit is anything but small!

Right now, I’m recovering from a little mishap — I had a tumble and broke my leg. But no worries, I’ve got a fancy cast and I’m hobbling around just fine! My foster home is cozy, and I’m healing up nicely. Despite the cast, I’m still as bouncy and playful as ever, ready to turn any day into an adventure!

When I meet new humans, I might be a tad shy at first. It’s just my way of sniffing out the good vibes and making sure you’re a friend. But once we break the ice, you’ll find I’m a cuddler at heart, eager to shower you with affection. I really enjoy the company of other dogs too — they teach me the ropes and boost my confidence. If you have a furry pal at home, I’d be over the moon to meet them and show off my playful antics!

Oh, and did I mention how much I adore my crate? It’s my little haven where I feel snug and secure. And those bones? Yum! Chewing on them is one of my favorite things to do. After a lively play session, there’s nothing better than curling up on the couch with you for some quality chill time.

I’m brimming with love and I’m on the lookout for a family who’ll be patient as I heal and help me grow into the best pup I can be. If you’re searching for a sweet, playful, and snuggly companion, I might just be your perfect match! Come meet me soon — I can’t wait to wag my tail and show you just how pawsome I am! 🐾❤💕
