Sammie is a resilient young boy who has triumphed over a challenging past marked by neglect. Despite his experiences, he remains remarkably trusting and has a profound affection for all humans. Though unfamiliar with the comfort of a home, he is swiftly embracing the pleasures of soft beds and the assurance of having food and water readily available.

With a playful spirit, Sammie delights in displaying his belly for rubs, making him an utterly charming companion. However, he is not fond of small furry friends, so he would flourish in a home without them. A fenced yard is essential for his safe play, as his high prey drive precludes off-leash walks.

Currently focused on gaining weight, Sammie will soon be ready for his forever home.
