For 25 years, Carolina Boxer Rescue has been powered by compassion, dedication, and an incredible community of volunteers. This special weekend is our way of saying thank you — and celebrating 25 years of Paws & Purpose with the people who make it all possible.

Friday, May 15 – Welcome Social

6:30 PM | Casual Dress
Kick off the weekend with a laid-back evening of food, drinks, and plenty of laughs as we reconnect and unwind together. Well-behaved dogs welcome!
Saturday, May 16 – Afternoon Fun
We’re kicking off Saturday afternoon with some well-earned fun at The Tipsy Pickle — and you won’t want to miss this one.

📍 Courts reserved just for CBR volunteers
Whether you’re competitive, casually athletic, or just here for the vibes, there’s something for everyone:

⛳ Golf simulators
🎯 Cornhole
🧩 Shuffleboard
🏓 Ping pong
🎱 Pool
They also have a full bar and food menu, so feel free to grab a drink, a bite, and cheer on your fellow volunteers between games.
No experience required — this is all about having fun, connecting, and celebrating the incredible work you do for CBR. Come play, hang out, or just relax and enjoy the afternoon. Please note: this event is NOT dog friendly.

Saturday, May 16 – Volunteer Gala

6:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Cocktail Attire
This is the heart of the weekend — a celebratory evening honoring 25 years of rescue, community, and impact.
This event is designed for adult volunteers and one guest per volunteer. We appreciate your understanding as we keep the evening focused on celebration, connection, and relaxation. This event is a dog friendly event.
