7/23/2025: Woof! Hi there, I’m Laila!
Let me tell you a bit about myself. I recently had my first drive-in movie experience, and guess what? I did pawsitively amazing! 🎬🐾 I love running with my human companion; it’s one of my favorite things to do. I’ve got lots of energy, so I play hard and then nap even harder! 💤
Walks are another favorite of mine. I enjoy sniffing all the wonderful scents along the way. Car rides are a blast too, especially when the window is cracked just enough for me to take in all the smells. 🚗🌬️
Sunbathing on the deck is pure bliss. I love being outside, especially when I can supervise my human planting flowers or working in the yard. 🌸🌞

Hi there, future best friend! My name’s Laila and I have one mission in life: to sniff ALL the smells (and maybe steal your heart along the way). My perfect day starts with a car ride—windows cracked wide, ears flapping, nose working overtime. Seriously, have you ever smelled the world from a moving car? Ten out of ten, highly recommend.
After my commute, I love hitting the trails or sidewalks for a walk—or even a run! That’s right, I recently discovered I’m a pretty pawsome running buddy. Whether you’re out for a stroll or picking up the pace, I’ll be right by your side, tail wagging and tongue lolling.
Of course, a gal’s gotta recharge after all that action. That’s where the deck comes in—give me a sunny spot to sprawl out and I’m one happy pup. Play hard, nap hard: that’s my motto!
I’m a champion at balancing my playful side with a good chill session. Toys, zoomies, and then a big ol’ nap in the sun—what could be better? I’m not the biggest fan of other animals (I want you all to myself!), but I’m polite with the neighbor dogs over the fence and love a good run alongside them. Just don’t ask me to share my sofa with a cat, okay?

12/13/2024: Hello there! Allow me to introduce myself—I’m Laila, and if I may say so, I’m quite possibly the most exceptional dog you’ll ever meet. (Though I admit, I might be a tad biased, but my foster mom wholeheartedly agrees!)
I’ve mastered the art of good manners—I accept treats with the utmost gentleness, I resist the temptation to pilfer food, and I’m a virtuoso in the commands of “sit,” “stay,” “come,” and “off.” Bath time? A breeze! Snuggles? Count me in!
I adore having my own little kingdom to frolic and play, yet I always keep a watchful eye on my beloved humans. While I prefer to be the reigning canine in the household, I’m convinced I’d make a fabulous companion for children. Just imagine us playing fetch, embarking on delightful walks, and snuggling up on the couch together.
