When we say it takes a village to operate CBR, we truly mean it. Without your monthly support, we wouldn’t be able to pull sick boxers from shelters and give them the vetting they need. Routine medicines, vaccines, and spay & neuters wouldn’t be possible without you.

Here are how your donations in March helped the rescue:

• 100 vet visits
• 11 spays
• 4 neuters
• 7 heartworm treatments
• 3 emergency vet visits

March vet fees ran in excess of $18,000 and the costs of medicines & special foods were a little over $1,800.

For the month of March, our fundraising & events team were hard at work. The fundraising & events team:

• Applied for 11 grants
• Held 11 events
• Planned 3 new online fundraisers coming soon
• Received 4 new sponsorships
