One Last Couch is Carolina Boxer Rescue’s hospice care initiative, ensuring every senior and terminally ill boxer spends their final chapter in a loving home—not alone, and never forgotten.

For many senior and hospice boxers, rescue comes late in life. After years of loyalty, they’re surrendered because of age, illness, or circumstances beyond anyone’s control.

One Last Couch ensures that every hospice boxer entering Carolina Boxer Rescue has a peaceful home where they can be cherished for however much time remains.
COUCH [Compassionate Outreach for Unwavering Comfort and Home] is the heart of One Last Couch – a growing community of compassionate individuals who believe every boxer deserves dignity at the end of life.
This community is built around two incredible groups:
COUCH Fosters & COUCH Sponsors. Foster families provide boxers with safe, loving homes, while sponsors help support their veterinary and comfort-care needs. Together they make the One Last Couch Hospice Program possible.
