Any medical issues?: There are quite a few lumps and bumps that need to be checked soon. He’s got a slight limp, possibly due to a large lump on his foot.

Hi there, future family! I’m Hoagie, an 11‑year‑old Boxer gentleman with a few extra lumps and bumps… but trust me, none of that slows down my sweetness or my charm. I’m still full of love, wiggles, and all the good stuff that makes senior Boxers the best Boxers.

I’ve already proven I’m a total gentleman —

✔ Potty trained

✔ Crate trained

✔ Friendly with my doggy foster siblings

✔ And yes… I’m even cool with the resident cat!

I’m still getting settled in and showing my foster family who I really am, but so far they say I’m easygoing, kind, and just happy to be part of the pack. I love being near my humans, soaking up affection, and enjoying the simple joys of senior life.

I’ve got a vet visit coming up, and once we learn a little more about my health, Foster Mom will share more updates. For now, I’m just enjoying soft beds, gentle pets, and the comfort of being safe and loved.
