3/18/2026: Meet Laney — your future 70-pound lap dog (yes, she insists).
At just 2 years old, Laney has already nailed some of life’s best skills: being potty trained, giving top-tier cuddles, and discovering absolutely anything that can be licked (seriously… if it exists, she’ll try to lick it).
She’s a big softie who loves lounging on the couch just as much as she enjoys exploring outside. Whether it’s sunny adventures or cozy movie nights, she’s happiest right by your side.
Currently working on her crate training, Laney is making great progress—especially when snacks or a comfy blanket are involved. She’ll need a patient adopter who understands that building trust takes time. New environments, loud noises, and quick movements can make her a little nervous at first, so she’ll thrive with someone willing to take it slow, offer reassurance, and let her open up at her own pace.
Once she feels safe and settled, Laney truly shines. She’d do best with an active family who can keep up with her love for the outdoors and give her plenty of chances to explore, play, and join in the fun.
Raised with four other dogs, she knows how to coexist, but she’d be happiest in a home with older kids and a thoughtful introduction period as she adjusts. The cat in her foster home can be a bit pushy, and since she’s not a fan of that dynamic (or the cat’s inability to read dog language), a cat-free home would be ideal.
Laney is the perfect mix of goofy, loving, and loyal—with a heart as big as she is. With a little patience, she’s ready to give her whole world to the right person… 💛💕🐕💕🐕🐾❤💕🐕
