Good with kids?: I haven’t had her around kids, but I’d guess she’d do fine with respectful ones who know to give her space and not lay on her or pull her ears. She’s extremely rambunctious, so older kids would probably be a better fit.

I’m basically a furry escape artist. A 5–6 ft privacy fence is required. Aluminum fencing? HA. I run straight through it like it’s made of noodles. I can wiggle through tiny openings, bend panels, and be on the other side before you can blink. So yeah… privacy fence or leashed only.

My prey drive is way too high. Cats are a hard no for me.
🐶 3. Crate trained… with opinions
I can sleep in my crate and I do settle eventually. But first? I will whine. I will complain. I will make sure you know I’m unhappy about it. It’s part of my charm.

I’m powerful, especially on leash. If a squirrel or cat appears, I can put my whole Boxer strength behind getting to it. I need someone physically capable and committed to consistent leash training.

Hi hi hiiii! It’s Laylani, your soon‑to‑be favorite wiggle machine! If you’re looking for a goofy, happy, fun‑loving Boxer with maximum personality, I might just be your girl.
I’m 5 years old, full of joy, and basically powered by wiggles. My whole body gets involved when I’m excited — it’s like my spine turns into a slinky. I love to run, play, and be part of whatever you’re doing. If you’re in the yard? I’m in the yard. If you’re laughing? I’m laughing. If you’re zooming? I’m zooming harder.
My foster brother is a big male Doberman and let me tell you… we are a MATCH. We do all the silly Boxer play — bouncing, pawing, spinning, dramatic flops — it’s a whole show. I adore having a dog friend who can keep up with my goofy energy.
But don’t worry — once the fun is over, I’m just as happy to come inside, flop down, and snuggle up with my people. I can chill just as well as I can party.
I’m also very food motivated, which means training me is basically: “Show me the snack and watch me become a genius.”
Now… let’s talk about walks. I’m strong. Like… Boxer strong. If something catches my attention — squirrel, cat, leaf, imaginary creature — I can put my whole body into getting to it. I’m working on my leash manners, but I’ll need a family who can handle a powerful girl like me and commit to consistent training. I promise I’m worth it.
I also have a pretty high prey drive, so I’m not the best match for small animals or tiny dogs unless you’re very experienced with slow introductions and good management. I can absolutely love another dog — my Doberman foster brother proves that — but the match has to be right.
Overall? I’m goofy. I’m affectionate. I’m playful. I’m wiggly. I’m happy. And I’m ready to be someone’s best friend.
