Each month, Carolina Boxer Rescue steps out into the community—meeting supporters, adopters, volunteers, and curious passersby who didn’t know they were about to fall in love with a boxer. These events help us raise funds, share our mission, and put real faces to the work happening behind the scenes. They also help all of the dogs practice standing still while people say, “Oh my goodness.”

Pups & Pints Singles Dog Mixer @Raleigh Brewing

What’s Happening:
Looking for love, friendship, or just a really good dog to stand next to while you hold a cold beer? Join Carolina Boxer Rescue for Pups & Pints: A Singles Dog Mixer at Raleigh Brewing this Valentine’s Day. Meet adoptable boxers, stop by the dog kissing booth, grab some treats for your four-legged soulmate, and enjoy great beer with even better company. Jonah says it’s basically matchmaking, but louder and with more drool.
If you’re thinking about coming out, do it. Whether you stay for five minutes or the whole afternoon, showing up makes a difference. You’ll meet volunteers, maybe meet a future best friend, and definitely learn more about how this rescue works.

My family has had nine boxers over the years, two from CBR. We cannot adequately express the love we have for these precious dogs and the huge impact they have had on our lives. We currently have a white girl, Ellie, and our first boy—Loki, a precious brendle. CBR is an incredibly organization. We are so grateful for all they do to save and nurture these amazing dogs.
