HI! I’m Jesse, and I’m officially looking for my forever home. Before we get started, please take a moment to admire how handsome I am. Go ahead. I’ll wait.

Okay, moving on!

Foster Mom says I’m SMART — like, really smart. I know all my commands: sit, off, leave it, wait, settle, stay, and come (at least in the house and during training). The only one I don’t like is down. I mean… why would I want to be down when I could be up and ready for fun?

I’m always checking in with Foster Mom. Even when I’m in front of her, I look back to make sure she’s okay, see if she needs anything, or confirm that she hasn’t wandered too far out of my sight. Also, she has treats. That helps.

I’m a potty‑trained master, a silly boy, a runner, a player, a snuggler, and honestly?

I am the BESTEST boy. Basically… I’m the total package. 

📝 My Requirements for My Forever Family (Very Reasonable, I Promise)

  • Must love me and give me lots of attention.

  • Must provide ear scratches, belly rubs, and be VERY generous with treats.

  • Must enjoy walks — I walk beautifully on a leash.

  • Must throw my stuffies and balls until I decide we’re done.

  • Must accept that if you ignore me, I will invade your personal space immediately.

  • Must provide twice‑a‑week car rides (minimum!).

  • Must enjoy open‑air dining — I’m a perfect restaurant gentleman.

  • Kiddie pools are acceptable… on my terms.

  • Must hand me ice cubes individually so I can decide whether to eat them, play with them, or leave them somewhere for you to find later. Surprise!

I love snuggling on the couch or in bed. I’m a total love bug.

🧡 A Few More Things About Me

I’m not a fan of being alone. Twenty minutes feels like a lifetime. I get nervous and worried, so having someone home with me is a big plus. I can learn to trust that you’ll come back — but it takes time.

If you’re going to be gone for a while, I’d be thrilled to come with you. I’m your faithful sidekick, ready for any adventure.

A tall fenced yard would be great, but I also LOVE playing in the garage. Foster Mom moves the car out and we play chase, fetch, and I dance around like a goofball. I dance when the leash comes out. I dance when Foster Mom comes home. I’m basically a celebration on four legs.

I prefer to be your one and only dog — with me around, you won’t need another! I’m cat‑selective (I like to chase them, they do not appreciate this). I love kids of all ages, but I might be a bit much for the littles because I get excited and could knock them over. Older kids? PERFECT playmates. I’m also great with seniors — I hang out with Foster Grammie and her walker doesn’t bother me one bit.
